Mauricio Scolari is caracterized for being a versatile DJ, with the capacity of offering not only specific Progressive House, Techno and Hardcore sets but also Extended sets.
His “Extended” version invites you to fly in 120 BPM. To transportate yourself with the most elegant Progressive House Groove. Having as reference the well known master Hernán Cattaneo y Nick Warren. As the beats go high, Richie Hawtin, Adam Beyer y Amelie Lens give place to Techno Music, inviting the public to dance and have fun. The maximum cuspide of the show is reached with Hardcore in 130 BPM. Finally, the Groove becomes the protagonist reaching the height of its expression in reference to the great duo, Pan-Pot.
He is characterized by interacting with the public through his tablet, sending messages that motívate people to dance, writing the tracks names, artists and the BPM of the moment.
As regards his artistic performance, he has musicalized a variety of private parties and breweries. He has also perfomed in multiple places like Zebra Beach by Caras (Villa Carlos Paz), El Bosque (Córdoba), Bar del Mar (Rosario), Casa Córdoba Experience (Buenos Aires) and festivals like Oregon Fest (Bariloche).
In reference to his musical training, his main mentor is the DJ Tomás Caturla, with whom he got his degree in Rosario. However, this was not his first contact with music. Music has reached his life since he was a child, with his mother, a piano teacher and his uncle, a DJ. In his adolescence, the radio approched him to electronic music. He used to listen to the popular genre known as Marcha in the 90s with DJs like DJ Dero, Gigi D’Agostino and Tiesto. That would be the beggining of a long way which made him investigate and study the genre on its depth. Today Mauricio is an electronic lover and keeps on innovating with passion day after day.
